Project cost ~$570,000Approx. 4,400 sf

A partnership with LISC Twin Cities helped with the acquisition and preservation of a small NOAH building in the Capitol Heights area. A public-private partnership with a health provider brought wraparound services and stability to the residents, and a master lease agreement gives the building structure.
