This project advances the preservation of naturally occurring affordable housing along a major transit and cultural corridor, near key intersections such as Fairview and University. Through a Permanent Supportive Housing model and a disparity-reduction framework, it focuses on removing barriers to clean, safe, and affordable housing for vulnerable groups, particularly Black and Indigenous populations.
