# St. Anthony Avenue Apartments

Project cost ~$280,000Approx. 700 sf

An acquisition-rehab project of a 2-unit home that involved converting the third-floor attic space into a studio apartment with separate utilities and a private entrance. The home was then converted from a duplex and rezoned as a triplex. A low-interest Fix-It loan from NeighborWorks Home Partners financed 80 percent of the attic renovation.
